After a heart surgery in 2018, he became aware of his codependent relationship with running and now uses his experience to help athletes cope with changes in their athletic careers. Nick holds multiple certifications, including CSCS, ACE and Running Analysis, and enjoys working with both experienced and new athletes, helping them develop a healthy relationship with sports and overcome obstacles to habit development.
